Right meow, shipping is scheduled for once a week (with a weekly trip the post office on Tuesday).

We ship via Canada Post and offer several mailing options at the time of checkout. Fees are calculated based on size, weight and the destination location. Please note that NOT all options include tracking, coverage or on-time delivery. If you're purr-chasing an item as a gift and need it by a certain date, we would recommend upgrading to a shipping service that includes tracking and a guaranteed on-time delivery (if available).

For orders within Canada, we are able to ship many of our items by Lettermail; please note this service does NOT include tracking. It does NOT include coverage or on-time delivery either. Orders generally arrive within 2 to 10 business days from shipping, depending on the destination. At times (especially around the holidays), shipping times may be longer. If your order hasn't arrived within 12 weeks, please contact us to let us know. There isn't much we can do to track down an item sent by Lettermail, but we can keep an eye out for a returned package and confirm it was sent to the correct address. On that note, PLEASE take the time to confirm your address is correct at the time of purchase!

Priority - This service DOES include tracking. It also includes coverage (up to $100 CAD) and guaranteed on-time delivery. Orders generally arrive within 1 to 3 business days from shipping (1 day less than Xpresspost), depending on the destination.

Furrst, let us exclaim that the cost of international shipping with tracking is bananas. We get that! But the fees are set by Canada Post. Hopefully in the future, we'll have more international stockists for you to order from closer to home. (If you have any to recommend, please let us know.)

As stated above, all USA and International orders must go through customs. Processing times vary (from day to day it seems!) and sometimes there are delays that we have no control over. 

Potential import fees vary as well and are set by each country. The customer is responsible for covering any taxes and/or duty fees that may be incurred by their destination country. Should you choose to reject the parcel (and customs fees), we will refund the purchase amount (minus shipping fees) to you after the item has been returned to our mailbox.
