SHIPPING
How long will my order take to ship?
We know what it's like to eagerly await something special in the mail! That's why we process and ship all orders out as soon as possible, usually within 1 to 3 business days.
We ship via Canada Post and offer several mailing options. Fees are calculated based on size, weight and the destination location. Please note that not all options include tracking. If you're purr-chasing an item as a gift and need it by a certain date, we would recommend upgrading to a shipping service that includes tracking and a guaranteed delivery date (if available).
Domestic Orders (Within Canada)
For orders within Canada, we are able to ship many of our items by Lettermail; please note this service does not include tracking. Orders generally arrive within 2 to 10 business days from shipping, depending on destination. At times (especially around the holidays), shipping times may be longer. If your order hasn't arrived within 12 weeks, please contact us to let us know. There isn't much we can do to track down an item send by Lettermail, but we can
Shipping services that do include tracking are Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost, and Priority. Orders generally arrive within 1 to 7 business days from shipping, depending on destination.

USA Orders
Because orders going to the USA need to go through customs, we ship all items as parcels (not letters). Shipping times vary based on location, but please see below for a general guideline.
Small Packet USA Air - This service does not include tracking. Orders generally arrive within 5 to 8 business days from shipping, depending on destination.
Tracked Packet USA - This service does include tracking. Orders generally arrive within 4 to 7 business days from shipping, depending on destination.
Expedited Parcel USA - This service does include tracking. Orders generally arrive within 4 to 7 business days from shipping, depending on destination.

International Orders
Furrst, let us exclaim that international shipping with tracking is bananas expensive. We get that!

SHIPPING
Was my order lost?
As a very small business, we're not able to replace orders that have been lost or stolen in the mail unless you've chosen a delivery service that includes tracking. If you haven't received your order within 12 weeks, please let us know and we will look into the order and/or put in a claim with Canada Post. More than a few times, we've noticed delayed packages to be waiting for pickup at the recipeents local post office.
